What happens in the physical world, turned into information.
Acteva listens to what happens with every asset, remembers all of it, and only interrupts you when something needs a decision.
The platform for companies that service, rent or run physical assets. Maia, its AI, turns what happens in the field into each asset’s history and lines up the next step for you.
-
Today
What needs your call, with the next step ready. No digging through tables.
-
Work orders
From breakdown to the customer’s service report, moved forward from a phone.
-
Preventive service on time
Heads-ups by engine hours and by date, before anything is overdue.
-
Report it in your own words
Typed or dictated. Acteva works out what happened and drafts the records.
-
History with evidence

-
Service history for your customer
A link or QR code with the asset’s service history. No costs, no internal notes.
For the assets that keep your operation running, and everything that happens to them.

Technicians describe it the way they would on WhatsApp.
“Number 14 won’t start, the starter’s turning slow. It’s down in the yard.”
Maia figures out which asset they mean, opens the work order, marks it as down and asks for whatever is missing. A person reviews and confirms.
From a message in the field to a record, in seconds. Nothing is saved until someone confirms it.
Operations happen in a dozen places at once.
The information exists. It’s spread across chats, voice notes, notebooks and spreadsheets, and nobody pulls it together.

Maia is Acteva’s intelligence: it reviews what happens with each asset, ties it to the asset’s history and prepares your next decision.
-
Reads your chats and email
Hand it your technicians’ group chat or a customer’s email. Maia knows which asset each message is about and suggests what to log, with the time it actually happened.
-
Listens to your technicians
Technicians say what happened, typed or dictated. Maia works out which asset they mean and drafts the records.
-
Plans your week
Lines up the week’s work orders: upcoming preventive service, assets that are down and orders with no technician. Suggests who and when; you approve.
-
Remembers how you work
It learns what your team calls each asset, who handles what and which parts each one takes, and uses all of it in everything it reads.
Maia never writes to an asset’s history until a person confirms it. It suggests; your team decides.
One asset. Its whole story, in one place.

How we’re building Acteva.
Asset first
This isn’t another ERP. The question is always what someone needs to know or do about an asset.
Evidence over opinion
Every event keeps its source: the voice note, the photo, the message. The history can be audited.
A human in the loop
Maia suggests and asks. People confirm. Accountability never gets handed off to a model.
No fake intelligence
Prediction needs history. Real operational data comes first; intelligence gets built on top of it.
What people ask us before they start.
What is Acteva?
A platform for companies that run, service or rent physical assets. It turns what happens in the field (reports, breakdowns, services, meter readings) into each asset’s history, and tells you when something needs a decision.
Who is it for?
Companies that do preventive and corrective service, equipment rental or run machinery, fleets or facilities, with field technicians who report today over WhatsApp, spreadsheets or paper.
Does Maia connect to my WhatsApp or email?
No. You export the group chat or copy the email and hand it to Maia in Acteva. It only reads what you give it, and nothing is saved until a person approves it.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Acteva runs in the browser on a phone or a computer. Create your account, invite your team and start logging.
How do technicians log what happens?
They say it in their own words, the way they’d text it: “Crane 3 stopped, it’s leaking oil, left it at 4,520 hours.” Acteva suggests the records and the person confirms them before anything is saved.
Does the AI make decisions for me?
No. Maia suggests, asks when something isn’t clear and flags what’s stuck. People confirm, and every record keeps its source.
Can I bring my data from Excel?
Yes. Copy your equipment list from Excel, paste it into Acteva and check the columns before importing.
Who can see my company’s data?
Only people from your company with an Acteva account. Each company’s data is kept separate at the database level.
How much does it cost?
Acteva is in its pilot stage. You can create an account and try it; we’ll announce plans before charging anything.
We’re building Acteva.
We’re starting with heavy equipment, service and rentals. The same foundation works for any company that runs on physical assets.
